These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("Homeowner", "you", "your") and Bakersfield Solar Pros ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a solar energy installation company based in Bakersfield, California.

Bakersfield Solar Pros provides solar energy system design, engineering, permitting, installation, and utility interconnection services. All system designs are engineered specifically for your property using our Load-Shield™ methodology. Final system specifications, pricing, and terms are outlined in your individual project contract.
Bakersfield Solar Pros will coordinate all aspects of installation, permitting with Kern County, and professional setup of your solar system. Warranty terms for equipment and workmanship are outlined in your project contract. You agree to permit reasonable access to your property for installation and maintenance.
Payment terms depend on your chosen financing option ($0 down loan, cash purchase, or PPA). You are responsible for timely payment as outlined in your contract. Bakersfield Solar Pros is not a financial institution and does not directly provide loans or financing — we connect you with licensed financial partners.
Bakersfield Solar Pros offers a referral rewards program. Referral payouts are subject to separate Referral Terms & Conditions available on our referrals page. Payouts are issued only after the referred system receives Permission to Operate (PTO). Bakersfield Solar Pros reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
You may cancel your project in accordance with the terms of your individual project contract, including any applicable cancellation fees. California law provides a 3-day right of rescission for contracts signed in your home.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be settled in Kern County, California.
Bakersfield Solar Pros reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
